could someone please explain how to download the tickerfactory.com weight loss tracker to this site. I have set up one but am not sure how to emclude it here alomg with my posts....thanks Peg

go to user setting on the left hand side of the page .. then paste the ticker not the URL on to your signature and that should do it ~Kelly
