Plastic Surgery

I have recently been asked by my surgeon if I was interested in TT and I said heck ya...but  am having a hard time wording my letter to the Insurance company...if anyone has any suggestions on wording...and such...If anyone has sample letters they could share it would be very helpful...Thanks

Try the plastic surgery board.  I am going through plastics at the end of July and everyone has been very helpful.  The surgeon's office I am dealing with sent everything to the insurance company.  I was denied but I knew I would be because I did not fall under any of the guidlines.   Good Luck!
