What happens if you don't lose the weight pre op you need to?

Most of us are told we have to lose "x" lbs pre op. I have my "final" weigh in this Friday and am scared to DEATH I didn't lose what my doctor (Dr. Ameri) wants me to. Anyone know what happens if you don't....... Dr. Ameri requires his patients to do a liquid diet 2 weeks pre op. I started that today. I know I will lose the weight he wants me to before my surgery in 2 weeks, but final weigh in is this Friday, so I kind of lose a week. Any help.......

Drink a lot of water, that will help, over a gallon!!!  You will do it.  Stay positive!!  I'm sure as long as you have lost something everything will be fine.  Plus, you are going to be my roommate, I need you!  LOL
