~~~~~ I got a appointment with Dr Partridge August 15th for my consult!!! So excited!

I see her.. she is great.. you'll love her. Everyone at the office is very nice. I feel so comfortable when I go in for appointments.   Also I am doing the 6 month supervised diet required by BC/BS and I'm doing it with the NUT at Dr. Partridge's office... Month 3 appointment Thurday!.. 3 more to go !

That is great news on your consult Amanda.  I think you will really like Dr. P and the whole practice!

Hey Amanda,   Check out the post from Hollie. She has her consult the same day.  Hopefully the two of you can meet up in the office.  It would be nice for you both to have someone that is at about the same phase in the process to talk with. Glad to hear you are on your way! ~Cher

Hi Amanda one note of thought when choosing a hospital. --Keep in mind the after care and support groups. The surgery and hospital stay is minimal and your excited to go and to be there. After you have the surgery and your some time out, getting to the support groups will be critical. The most successful people I know have all gotten great support. If one hospital charges to park or is hard to get to that needs to be figured in. Good luck with your decision and up coming surgery. donna
