Well a week out of surgery and I feel great. I could use some help though. I am looking for a gym or club that I could go to for arobics and toning. I cane across some information about arobics and toning in water. Does any one know of a place that I might look into that does aquarobics. I love the water and it would be perfect for me. I just don't know of any places that have classes around here. So I could use all the help in looking for classes or a good gym to get into thats into toning also. Have a great day Deb

I loved going to curves. I felt comfortable there. For one, it was all women, and for two, everyone was there to accomplish pretty much the same goal.

Deb, First of all, make sure you clear it with your surgeon - he may not want your incisions sharing pool water with a lot of other people for a couple of weeks, mine was very specific about that, because water arobics are my first choice, too. The YMCA/YWCA (or JCC) usually have good aquacize classes, at least the ones in CT & MA do, so I would assume the NH ones do, too, plus they are much less expensive. Glad to hear how geat you are feeling! God Bless, Laurie

Deb, check Salem Raquetball Club in Salem. They use to have water aerobics. Linda
