keeping up the good work....
Hello everyone..... I am 31yo from norwood mass.I am attending the weight loss program at NEMC in Boston. I have been involved in the program for about 2 months now and have faithfuly done my food logs,joined a gym and go about three to four times a week. (i know i should go more) I eat my lean couisen and lot's of water. I am doing all the right thingts and even have lost some weight. I am now relizing that i am in need of alot of support to "keep up the good work!!!". I am feeling kind of alone in this weight loss journey.I have just started a Behavior change group that meets every week and that's really helpful. I am feeling like i need a little more contact of people that really know what the everyday in and outs of trying to lose weight and raise children and all the demands that life brings. I know someone knows how i am feeling...........hita sista up and share.....

It sounds like you are doing really well. The best suggestion I can think of to keep going is to plan ahead. Especially when you are busy, having breakfast and lunch ready to go the night before helps to make sure that you will follow your meal plan the next day. If I have a packet of oatmeal with a bowl and spoon packed up then I am way more likely to have that for breakfast than ending up in a pinch and eating something that isn't good for me out of convenience.
