NWH Meeting on Thursday 04/12

I just thought Id see if anyone else will be going to the meeting on 4/12, I'll be there, so if you see me feel free to say hi!

Hi, I'm new to this site...is the meeting at Newton Wellesley Hosp. on Thurs. nite? If so, what time as I'd like to try to make the meeting? Is it just for LapBand pts. or Gastric bp pts. also?

Yea the meeting is in the Allen Riddle Room at the hospital. I'm pretty sure its for anyone. I think mostly Gastric bypass, because Im pretty sure NWH doesnt do the lapband.

I plan on it .. (weather permitting) ..and on time of course .. I was late to the meeting last Thursday.. I got lost even though I've already been there!

won't be there Thursday but my hubby and I will be at Tuesdays meeting

Hi Jess I have no idea just that it is a Community Support Group meeting (hubby needs this and a 0-6 month meeting to fill the requirements) We have to watch the weather it looks iffy now if we will actually get off this rock or not. Keep you fingers crossed that we can get off the island Tuesday. Gwen

hi Gwen, thanks for the reply..... i think tonight there might be 'weather' issues.... but next week it is supposed to be better. I know that tonight is the 0-6 months, so i was not going to go to that one.... (next month is my 2 year surgivrsary!) but the community support usually has different topics... and they usually have a topic matter. i know that ALL meetings are good though..... even the 0-6 months are GREAT because they bring you back to basics. and i would LOVE to meet you!!

I really enjoy the meetings but unfortunately can't get there as often as I would like. There is suppose to be a nor'easter coming through starting late Sunday, Monday and possibly Tuesday ugh I really need to get off this rock especially to do some shopping = )
