Lowell General, anyone??

Hi Nicole, I had my surgery on 1/8 by Dr. Jiser at LGH. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. It was a very easy process. I met with Dr. Jiser on 12/1 and had my surgery on 1/8. I was only required to do a liquid diet the day before surgery because I hit my 5% weight loss target. Shannon is my nutritionist and is so nice, Lisa is great too. Good luck!

Hi Nicole I had my surgery at Lowell General w/ DR Shore I had the Lap band done 10/16/07 everything went well. I had some dry heaves two days after surgery and the staff was very helpful DR Shore called me back right away unfortunatlely i had to go to the hospital for IV and meds but then i was fine .THe group is awsome when i had my surgery they had a nurse from the team in the OR and recovery room w/ me and then the next morning one of the nurses came x-ray for my swallow test. It was great to have someone to hold your hand as i fell asleep. Best of luck . Michele
