Smoked Shoulder

Hi Everyone, I'm 2 months out---wondering if it's wise to make a boiled dinner tomorrow night with a smoked shoulder. Is it ok for me to eat that meat??? Thanks in advance xo Joanne

Dont see why not.. Smoked shoulder can be pretty fatty so make sure you trim it very well.. But I did well with ham early out..
