It was weird...very weird. It wasn't half as bad as I expected. No pain, just a very weird feeling. It's behind me now. If anyone has to have this, please don't stress or be scared. It's really not bad, I promise.

Why did you need this test? How much weight have you lost since you got your Lapband in? I had one put in last April also.

The Esophageal Motility test is a very recent standard of care procedure for lap-band surgery at the hospital I am using. I will have my lap-band surgery on this April 2nd. You are a year ahaed of me. How are you doing?
If anyone has to have this, please don't stress or be scared. It's really not bad, I promise.
