NWH Meeting Thursday 2/8

Hi Gwen! I AM a party pooper... wish I could go and finally meet Cher (a fellow Varitek lover). I figure I won't be working on Thurs nights for 6 weeks so I'll get to go to lots of meetings then. I am working on dropping some pounds before my next doc visit on 2/16... so far I think I'm doing OK - went back to some shakes that I used on a liquid diet last year (HMR) - they have too much sugar to be used post-op and cost a fortune - $33.50 for a box of 18 shake mixes but they taste good so I am trying to have a double shake for breakfast and another at night as a snack. You look awesome by the way! LOVE the pink fuzzy tiara. Happy bday! Kathleen

Thanks soo much, you are sweet, a friend of mine gave me the tiara (it's actually on a headband) I was hoping to be in Century club for my appt but I think I may be a little shy, that's okay I just better get there SOON! lol Hey count me in on loving Varitek! Check w/ Cher I think she said her next appt is on the 16th too. I found a protein drink on www.smartforme.com that I like and then I also tried their Bari-35 shake mix yesterday for the 1st time, it has 35 grams of protein in 16 oz, you mix w/ water but it's really good and tastes like chocolate milk. But it's expensive $18 for 7 servings but if you break it down it really isn't bad when you think about what you would spend on a meal. If that stuff works for you stick with it for now.
