josh is conscious and know he has medical issue doctor are trying to wean him off of the ventilator when not on it he is breathing 100%on has own but it is rapid still on dialysis every other day doctor are opmistic that his kidney are working as he put out more urine asking for prayer for his emotional state through all this as he has a long and hared road ahead of him ila
