Food Scales??

Can any one recommen a very good food scale? I'm going for my surgery on Feb. 12th, 2007 and I want to have everything I need. I already have a food processor that will puree my food for went I'm at that stage as well. But I like to be well prepared with everything I need. Thank you for your time and help. Alees

being prepared before surgery is a great idea!! I bought 2 digital scales before surgery (one for home, one for work) this is the one I bought http://www.cooking.com/products/shprodde.asp?SKU=691018 I still use them often! My suggestion for anyone buying a scale, go digital and be sure to buy one with a "tare" button! This way you can put the plate down, tare it then add your foods they also digital food scales on ebay! good luck, the date starting your new life will be here before you know it!
