what happened to my Tufts Navigator question post?

I posted a question about Tufts Navigator yesterday and now it's gone???? What happened to it?

Hi Marie, I heard that they are implementing a new program for gastric bypass starting in March. If you request approval for gastric bypass in March, you will need to participate in a weight management program for one year. Upon completion of the program and your BMI/comorbidities, your doctor can request approval again. Another thing I heard is that if you already have approval before March, your approval stands i.e. you don't have to participate in the program. I think the best thing would be to call customer service. Good luck
