WLS meetings

Does anyone know where the WLS meetings/support groups are held for Dr. Pecquex's patients?

Marie, What hospital are you going through? Don't they have them there? The should give you all that kind of information when get into their program. You usually have to attend some of the support groups before you can have your surgery. Most hospital programs make that mandatory in order to have surgery. Leslie

I am going with St Elizabeth's hospital. I'm sure they will tell me....I'm just jumping the gun and wanted to start attending them now to get a feel. I'm still in the early stage of this process. I've only met with the nutritionist...so I have a long way to go. How long did it take you from start to finish? I can't wait to have this done. I'm having the lap band....what did you get?
