well, i went for my weigh in today with Gaz and i lost 6 pounds. he calmed my fears and it's all a GO from here. i go for my gall blader ultra sound on the 11th and then i can finally start losing on the 16th. i took my kids to the Natick Mall to spend their gift cards and it was extremely stressful. Gaz said that I would be getting more energy when i dropped about 80 pounds. it sounds to unrealistic to me and i cant' even fathom losing that amount of weight.
