Merry Christmas
I am doing good. Having a hard time getting in the protein. I am going back for my one month on Wed. At my 1 week i had lost 23 pounds since surgery and 34 total. The scale hasent budged much since then but on Saturday after not weighing my self for 5 days i had lost 7 pounds. I feel great and have a little more energy. I went back to work at the fire station last monday and when i put my uniform pants on they fell off. (thats a first). That is the first WOW monent for me. Other than that i am doing good and cant wait for diet anvancement. I will let you know how i make out at my Appt.
