Looking for people scheduled in November

Is there anyone out there scheduled for November? Anyone having their surgery at Mass General Hospital? Anyone that has Dr. Sheldon for their surgeon? (MGH or LMH) I'm scheduled for 11/30.

You should find lots of people with up coming surgery on the nov. board... Also look at surgery dates, scheduled surgeries

Hi Peg, I am having my surgery on November 14 in Boston, but at Tufts/New England Medical Center. It's getting closer and scarier and more exciting everyday!! Good luck to us all!! Melinda

Hi Joy! Nice to meet you. I have a good feeling about your surgery because my daughter's name is JOY and her BIRTHDAY is the 7th !! I'm on the 30th and am getting to the YIKES stage myself. What procedure are you having? I'm 56 and I am going to have open RNY at MGH. Hang in there. Peg

Hi Peg Have seen you posting on the message board and wondering how you made out with your surgery. I should be on the li9st soon to have RYN by Dr sheldon Randall. I have not met him yet, but hear that he is wonderful. I will be going to MGH for it. would love to hear how you are doing. Mary

Hi Mary, I am out 5 weeks and have an incision complication they call dehissence. (splitting open of the wound with draining) Gonna take quite a while to heal...seeing a specialist for it now. Very frustrating. Follow your "rules" and everything should be fine as far as your new "pouch" goes. It is not easy, but hen we already knew that! I have lost about 30lbs.
