Sjogren's Syndrome and VGS

Hi All,

I see that this is a Lupus group, but I wondered if there was much research on Sjogren's and VGS.  I am specifically worried about dry mouth issues.  Thanks in advance for any help.

I had RNY on 01/22/2015 and I have Sjogrens as well as RA and Lupus. We are in a minority and the information is limited. I can only comment on my situation, since we have to " sip" all day the dry mouth is easier to deal with. Eating better has made my mouth happier. I have had chronic thrush for 3 years which is now very manageable. Talk with your Rheumy about your wanting surgery if they are like mine they will be happy and like the new you and the new body you live in! mine does!

Thank you for posting.  I have Sjogrens, RA and Lupus as well.  This has been a concern of mine as well.
