Hi, everyone; this is my first post, I have lupus and have to take 5000 IU of vitamin D. Dr. has me on 4 different anti inflammatory meds, trying to ween off prednisone. Do u crush meds? Waiting for a date for the sleeve. Dr said it will be harder to lose weight with sleeve but best for lupus patients. Trying to figure out how to get protien, fluids and food in, thet say you'll get or drink every hour. How can you go anywhere if thats the case.
