Gurgling

Hello, I have been banded since 2010 and have not been fairing well with my weightloss. I am looking to get back on track, however today and yesterday when I swallow it sounds like I am gurgling after I swallow. What causes this and what can I do to fix it? Thank you!

Sometimes I think it just happens but mostly if I swallow air before consumption. Or it is super cold outside and my stomach is tight.

Are you tight at all? I don't get gurgles very often but I think some people find it happens if they eat or drink too fast,

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
