I am not a breakfast person so I need some suggestions on what a good tasting, high protein drink is to start my day please.  Thanks

My favorites are double rich chocolate and peanut butter cookie.  I mix them with unsweetened original almond milk.  Yum.

Be warned that what someone else may like, you may hate. I know people who LOVE Isopure, but I can't stand them. Some people love Muscle Milk Lite, and for me, it was the only thing that I literally spit out on the ground.

It may take some trial and error to find one you like. My suggestion is to try several, but don't buy a large amount of anything, in case you hate it.

I recommend ordering samples from Nashua Nutrition.  They've got a wide variety of options and you can get single shake samples for $1.99 each!

If you are getting the band (or have already got it), not eating breakfast is really common. Many banded people feel at their tightest in the morning. I haven't eaten breakfast at a "normal" breakfast time since 2006. Depending on where I am and what I am doing, I eat mid-morning. My standard breakfast is a largish skinny latte. Gives me about 10gm protein but that isn't why I have it - I just like it!

Research used to be quoted to say breakfast was the most important meal of the day but recent re-analysis of the same data has cast doubt on the conclusions. And other studies have shown that people eating the same food but spread differently throughout the day do not show any statistically significant differences in weight loss.

It did, however, show that for some people eating breakfast made them feel more not less hunger later. It works that way for me. With my usual latte only breakfast, I don't feel hungry until much later in the day.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

I like PurProtein -get it GNC. GNC has their own brand called Lean Shake - that's good too - a little cheaper.

The one I have found that does not have that medicine after taste is GNC lean! They have so many flavors like orange cream, chocolate peanut butter, cinnamon bun, vanilla , pina colada and more! They let you have a sample taste at most GNC stores, I love it!
