FRIDAY GRATEFUL POST

Good Friday Everyone,

Well friday has finally arrived. I'm so glad that the weekend is about to start. I am also grateful that this is the weekend for my Obesity Help Support Group. I had to cancel last months meeting due to having to have emergency hernia surgery. Grateful that I am over that surgery now. I am grateful that I woke up today.....that I am healthy.....that I have a chance to make better choices today than I did yesterday. Grateful for Obesity Help, support groups, friends and family, my faith in God and answered prayers....for weekends.....all the forums here on OH......My WLS and all the different surgeries that are available today for the choosing and grateful for my maintenance. Grateful for so very much more but I'm going to stop here. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a blessed and safe weekend.
