All you can do is fight! Unless you need a fill, you just have to get your mind back on track, go back to what worked when you were losing weight. I do totally empathise! But there are no tricks! Just back to band style eating!
Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
I agree with Kate, youy just have to re-incorporate the discipline you had in the beginning. Journal your food if you need to and try different exercises to burn the calories off. Maybe some counceling if you think you need help in learning to deal with stress or past issues that may be cropping up again. Good luck to you!
