Calcium supplement

Hi. Just wondering what others with a lapband are using for calcium supplements.  I was told to take 1500 mg a day and can't swallow alot of supplements because of the size of the pill.  The gummies are great, but I need to eat 6 of them a day and assume that has a lot of sugar which is really counter productive when trying to lose weight.  Any suggestions would really be appreciated.

I use Bariatric Advantage they have a nice chewable calcium chew. They are a little spendy but the band ruined my ability to swallow very well so I have to use something chewable.

I used to use these too when first banded.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

I was told that our need for calcium is no greater than for anyone eise as we absorb all we eat. So I simply as a post-menopausal female, eat a high calcium diet.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
