I have to extend a huge and sincere thank you to all who have taken the time to complete my dissertation survey.  The response has been amazing and I so appreciate the support and encouragement everyone has extended to me!

I will be closing my data collection phase on February 23, so if you haven't checked out the survey and would like to complete it, time is running out!

This survey will contribute to the completion of my doctoral program in nursing at Molloy College, located in Rockville Centre, New York.  To participate in this study you...

MUST...be age 18 years or older and have had only one weight loss surgery 2-10 years ago; and

MUST NOT...have ever been hospitalized for a psychiatric disorder
