I know how you feel, there are few banded people around and even less support groups. I have tried to go to a few bariatric support groups but I am ALWAYS the only banded person and get a lot of questions and grief and would love to be treated like the rest, and when I find a good Sleeve (since it is the closted WL procedure to bands) group they are really not that friends...I am alone and depressed also..I am in California are you local?
I too lost just over 100 was was banded in 2006 and so far been good...

Like the others I am a long term banded person. But also like them, I am not quite sure what you are asking. But welcome! If you were banded in 2001, I think that makes you the most long term bandster I have come across.
Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
Lapband - Jan 2009 weight goal reached with lapband. Revised to VSG- 1/25/16
