WTF? I stop paying attention for a few weeks and everything changes! I can't figure out how on earth to get to the part of my profile that lets me edit what appears in my signature at the bottom of my posts. All the "help" topics on here tell me to click on parts of my profile that don't seem to exist anymore!

I can't get to the upper right hand side, there's a blue bar in the way that forces me to use some drop down menus on the left.

Are you on a phone or computer?  On the blue bar at the top for me, I see MY OH with a drop down arrow and than PINEVIEW01(your name here)with a drop down arrow.  When I click on that arrow a drop down with the options; Messages, View Profile, Settings & Sign Out.

Is this not there for you?

Apparently the browser on my work computer is just too old, I only get a couple of options rather than the full menu.

Hi there Dev.  I have been away from this site for a long time, so I can't help with any changes.  I had lap-band  in 2006.  I was doing well until this year and have gained 25 lbs.  Now, I must start to diet on my own.  My doc thinks I am too old to tighten the ring.  I am 69 1/2.  How are you doing.  I weight 210.  I will have to read who's around that I used to know.  Take Care Diane   How is he sleeve doing?

I'm doing well! I've lost the weight that I gained during the time I had to keep my band too loose. I'm down to 189 right now. I don't seem to have any major complications from the sleeve, no real food intolerances. I'd love to lose more/faster, but who wouldn't?

I think it's silly that your doctor says that, there's no age limit on this!

Hi janddhager, good to see you back.  Is he saying you are too old or the band is too old?  The manufactures have come out and stated it isn't for a life time.  Maybe it is just time for it to come out.  You sure aren't to old.   I too have gone from the band to the sleeve.  It has been so much easier for me.  I lost all the regain from the band/band being out and am down 50/60 pounds lower than I was with the band.  I'm a few pound from normal at 160 but, heck the said I was a success with the band at 210.

You'll find many of the old timers have had had revisions and are hanging out on the ds, rny & vsg/sleeve boards.

Good luck
