Eat to Live experiences?

Happy new year to all!!!

Just wondering if any banded members have experience with this "nutritarian" lifestyle. I'm considering doing it and could use some encouragement. Please no negative, diet bashing posts. I'm happy to hear both sides but don't think ultra-negative stuff is productive.

Thanks!

I have no personal experience but it is logical that choosing nutrient rich foods would make sense for people who eat very little. So that would work for banded people.

But I wonder whether like many diets high in veggies, it expects you to eat large quantities?

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

I say try it.  It looks like a respectable diet plan...and nothing to radical.  If it works for you great...if not then try something else.  I have found that most structured diet plans like weigh****chers...don't work for me.  But weigh****chers works for many, many people.  So what works for some may not work for others.  It's just one of those things...you just have to find what works best for you for you.
