Just what I needed
I just celebrated 10 years on November 4th, with the Lap Band , I have been getting heartburn and pains bad, some days I couldn`t eat anything, Called the Dr, I Just came back from a xray, and My band has slipped, He happend to be at the Hospital and took the 2 cc`s out I had in so I have no Restriction any more, I`m afraid to eat because I don`t want to eat to much, Looks like I will be having surgery again,

Just remember, if a band slips once you are at VERY high risk for it slipping again. That is why most surgeons won't reband anymore. Might want to start looking at other surgery types.
Now, with that said the band mills will reband because that's all they do, but revision surgeons typically will not reband or reposition. It's just a 3rd surgery around the corner when they do.
Sorry to hear that, Ron. A complete unfill resolved my band slip. Hopefully taking all the fluid out of your band will fix your slip and avoid further surgery, or at least give you time to carefully consider your options.
