I had a Dr. Appt on Saturday (Non WLS related) and when I was weighed I realized....I hit my Dr's GOAL!!!!!!!!! 179 baby!!!!!! Now my personal goal is 169 to be my drivers license weight. It has been a long journey, but a great one. I am proud of where I am and how far I have come. I hope you all get to or am to this point in your journey too!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
