FitBit update: lost weight!
I bought Fitbits for DH and me at the end of June. I figure that a little positive reinforcement never hurts.
Between going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and beach walking 3 evenings a week the last couple of really nice weeks, I've lost 6.2 pounds (in 3.5 months.) I've really been trying to get in at least 10,000 steps a day, which I've never really bothered with before.
