Has anyone personally used the 5 day pouch test?
I didn't want to live on liquids the rest of my life. I could never eat solid protein not alone 3 oz. I would have to cut the meat into eraser sized bites a s directed and chew and chew until mush and would have to spit out the dry part after chewing.
I haven't down the Carb Cycling proper. I always have about 3 oz solid protein about 5 times a day with the the sleeve. I do have days were I eat more veggies than I'm suppose too. I get my carbs from veggies and low glycemic fruits for the most part.
