LOSE IT 4 LIFE SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET THIS COMING SUNDAY IN KELLER, TEXAS

Hello Everyone,

I am SO sorry I am sending out this notice SO late. I usually try to give everyone at least 6 day's notice about our meeting. This coming sunday is our monthly support group meeting. I hope you can make it. It's going to be about Halloween and the "treats" we give out to kids and all the calories in those small evil treats. LOL So please plan on attending this meeting. Remember....we have major holidays coming up and I know we will ALL need lots of support getting through them and making Great food choices. Please let me know if you will be attending on sunday.
