Exercising - am I the only one?
I workout religiously!!!! 6 days a week 1-2+ hours a day. Plus I walk on my lunch break for 30 minutes.
My workout consists of 45 minutes of the elliptical with the tension turned up every 5 minutes. Then 20-30 minutes of weights.
Two days a week I will come home from the gym and do another 40 minutes of the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels or this Kickboxing one. I am a glutton for punishment. Why do I do the extra DVD it seemed to help me keep losing or maintain my weight. Believe me after one of the marathon sessions I'm nothing but a puddle of sweat.

I run 4x a week for 1 - 1.5 hrs. I throw some tunes and go. I'm not as fancy as some so I have idea how much I'm burning and frankly don't care. It took me a good couple of weeks to build up to a run. I started walking, then power walking, then jogging, then a combination of all 3. Now I run. On the days that I'm "not feeling it" I jog. The main goal is to move!
