Tried the Y early a.m. today

Tried the Y at 6:00 a.m. this morning. I was surprised to find it had a lot of people but it wasn't overcrowded.

I love the Jacuzzi. It is so warm and relaxing. I back up against a jet stream and let it massage my back and hips. Went swimming and used the sauna. The steam room is being repaired right now.

Exercise is equal to food choices. To lose weight have to do both. But for me it has to be comfortable, enjoyable, and at my pace. I get all of that at the Y.

Nice way to start off the day.

What's your exercise routine like? I'm limited to the treadmill, 20 min/1 mile, yoga and water aerobics due to my bad knee and SI Joint dysfunction. The hot tub does feel good after!! The Y is great, since its pretty affordable!
