I was at the CT NBC affiliate today for a "live via satellite" Q&A with comedian and talk show host Steve Harvey. Since I was all dolled up (and, I thought, looking pretty good), I had a couple of pics taken.

How do you do it! It must be six years since we met and you look younger than you did then! Fab pictures!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
