LOSE IT 4 LIFE SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET THIS COMING SUNDAY IN KELLER, TEXAS

Hello Everyone,

Our monthly support group meeting "LOSE IT 4 LIFE" is this coming sunday at Carroll Watkins Driving School in Keller.  The address is 303 N. Main St.   Keller, Tx. 76248.    School is back in session and summer is over so it's time for us all to get back on track with our weight loss journey.   Our topic this month is " Are you a day/night eater?"

Please come and be part of our group and get encouraged in this life long weight loss journey.    It is very important to attend support groups to keep you making wise choices and being accountable.   Please let me know if you plan on attending and as usual the meeting is one hour long....from 3:30 - 4:30 PM.   I look forward to seeing you there.   Please don't forget to RSVP if you coming so I will have enough materials printed.
