THURSDAY GRATEFUL POST

Happy Pre-Friday to Everyone today,

Hope your making some amazing plans for this weekend.   Remember it is a LONG weekend due to Labor Day for most of you.    Today I am grateful I went to Sam's Club when I did yesterday.   I bought a juicer that the box had been opened and they had marked it down $10.   I have never  used a juicer before and my oldest son has been after us to purchase one.   Mind you....I'm not going to spend over $200 like they did because I may not use it that much.   If I like it...when this one dies I may consider buying a more expensive one.    SO I am grateful for my "find" yesterday....grateful for my WLS and that I eat healthier and prepare healthier foods for my family now.    Grateful that ALL of my family members are more weight conscious since I had my WLS almost 8 yrs. ago.   Grateful that I am doing OK with my back on track this week.   I've had a few oops did I just eat that moments but not nearly as many and I've not had enough to reflect a higher number on the scale.    Grateful for my life even though it is far from perfect.....I can't imagine where I would be today if i hadn't had my WLS years ago.    Grateful that I'm again making good food choices and drinking tons of water.   Grateful for Crystal Light.   I tried a AMAZING new liquid flavor yesterday at Sam's (Strawberry lemonaid).   I WILL be buying some of that today.    It was really good.   Grateful for all the positive changes that follow weight loss surgery and grateful for Obesity Help, the forums, the amazing staff that work for OH and for you who encourage and support everyone on these forums everyday.    PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today.   Have a blessed day and stay hydrated in the heat.
