Hope for Newbies . . .
The summer of 2003 was about the time I decided that having WLS, specifically Lap-Band, was right for me. And when I have a hard time re-finding my focus, or get down on my saggy skin, etc., I like to remind myself where I was then and how far I've come. I'll never be done; I am always a work in progress.
I have been staying away from this forum for months, but I think that some of you newbies need a glimmer of hope in the darkness. THIS IS FOR THEM, although I am sure that the negative attacks will start as soon as I hit "submit."
If new folks need help, support or suggestions, please PM me, as I will not be posting here on any kind of a regular basis.

Bette isn't Naomi, two very different people. Bette is farrr more normal. She does not use fake IDs, she did lose weight, she did do well. Bette is one of the real vets from OH band boards.
Good Job Bette
I don't usually post here either but in support of Bette I will.. It is good to remind our self where we were and how far we came
