Getting back on track with eating suggestions

I have edamame as a snack but I don't eat a ton of veggies. I have no problem using the B room lol
Do you like vegetables? It would give you more fiber, keep you full longer, and they taste good if done well and believe me, I am NO cook! But even I can make them.

I do but sometimes I'm just not in the mood cause i get filled from the protien alone then I don't want the veggies. One thing I thing is that is bad I thought was ok was the dam spray butter. I know it has cals but I make everything with that and at times put a lot more then a few sprays.
If you google that stuff I think you might be surprised. Spray butter that is something like 0 calories is actually real butter but each spray is so tiny the calorie count is low and the makers can lead you to believe regardless of how much you use, it's low calorie. Might as well just use real butter.
Fat really isn't the enemy, WHITE carbs are. We need dietary fat to burn fat, you need it to survive. White carbs offer us nothing, no nutrition, nothing. Just weight gain. Fat keeps you full longer, you need it to lubricate your joints. Dietary fat is necessary if it is the right kind of fat. White carbs are evil.
