Congrats for you and getting ready to go forward with the plastic surgery~I am 7 years out and have had lipo, a tummy tuck and a little lipo under my chin, as well as some work on my breasts. Something to think about, my plastic surgeon rarely does arms as the results vary so much and can leave you with twisting scars. He also said he won't do it on people of color because they tend to have even less successful results. What I recommend, is look at his end results pictures and specifically with people who look like you, and don't be afraid to speak to more than one plastic surgeon before you go forward. I love my tummy tuck, but I still have a very large area of numbness from the incision line to just under my breasts. The lipo portion of the tummy tuck (in the abdomen) was so wickedly painful, I thought i would never feel normal again. The lipo under my chin was so painless, I could have gone out the next day, it took a full 8 weeks before my stomach was strong enough to go out, then I had the actual tummy tuck...that was difficult, but I survived. I really recommend swimming, its so easy and effective for tightening up loose muscles. Good luck, peace and blessings to you,
Debi
