Did anyone go back to eating pork and beef after the VS surgery??

May want to post this on the VSG board, but my daugher had the VSG on June 10th and has had beef as long as its moist and cut small or ground beef and all chewed very well. I've read that some have trouble with beef if its dry. Does not care for pork, so have not made her anything with pork in it.
