What are the best ones?  I get the Fortress ones at walmart Peanut butter cup fla.  It's got like 140 Cals and low in sugar and fat but some people it's not good for weight loss more getting bigger.  I have it with Soy milk and some ice any better brands or ideas thanks!!

I like the Syntrax Nectar! The same amount of calories but are low/no carb and 23g protein.
I also like the BariWise. They only have 15 g protein but also only 70/80 calories so, come out to about the same. They have fruit flavors and cappuccino which are a great change from the vanilla/chocolate/strawberry milky flavors.
Some people swear by Unjury but, I didn't like it as well.

I like the premier protein for on the go.

Everyone has very different tastes when it comes to protein shakes. I love Matrix Mint Cookie, made with Almond Milk and GNC Lean Protein shakes(ready made) but they are a little pricey, my daughter does not like these, she loves Premier Protein available at Sams and Costco...so keep an eye on carbs/calories. We tried many different one's before we settled on which ones we like.

Just read the fine print and figured you are doing the one scoop.  But, it does have stuff in it for body building.

I love the Syntrex Nectar Fuzzy Navel and Caribbean Cooler. The Roadside Lemonade is pretty good too but not my favorite. I just got samples of the Lemon Tea but haven't tried it yet. The fruit flavors seem more appealing to me but I hear that some of their chocolate ones are yummy, too.

I am not sure where you are in the process but once you are allowed dense protein that is where you had better get it, not shakes. The band is designed to work with dense protein, since liquids go right through it and soft foods travel quickly. In order to stay satisfied or as we say, have a lack of true hunger, for 3-5 hours between meals. That is it;s purpose when you hit your optimal fill level. It isn't designed to stop hunger or stop you from eating but to give you a break from true hunger to give us a fighting chance.

I still use protein shakes if I will be away for long periods of time, if my totals are low at the end of the day, while we are traveling, and those times when I just can't get enough food in to meet my minimum.

Good luck finding ones you like. BTW, I often mix a little Crystal Light in with mine to boost the taste and cover any whey smell or taste. I can't handle that, it makes me nauseous. My hubby loves the Premier ready to go but I don't. To each his own.
