C.ongrats on being willing to go along with an unfill. Many people feel that if they do that they will gain a ton of weight. Mostly it is being totally unfilled that gives some people problems. I never got more hungry or ate more or was even able to eat things I normally couldn't tolerate with my band full. It is far better to do it this way than to cause damage and lose the ability to eat nutritious food. It surprises me that you were.n't totally unfilled, though. That is the norm when problems arise but if it works for you be glad! It may take a while to resolve everything completely. You may not have that but a warning doesn't hurt.

I am also glad you have done so well with your band. I loved mine.

Unfortunately slips are extremely common as is esophageal damage. Be very careful! You don't want permanent damage like Steph!!!
