Heading out to California/Nevada, but Fearing the Heat

Hubby and I are traveling to California and Nevada for the next 2 1/2 weeks, Lake Tahoe, Sacramento, and Vegas for a few days...and I fear the heat out there, we are not going to be in Vegas but for a few days thank god, but will be up in Lake Tahoe and Sacramento for most of our vacation ---

So I hope my band does not clinch down and get so tight that I will not be able to enjoy tiny bites of food from the buffets

Anyway...Keep on rocking your bands and your Sleeves, while I am away...

Enjoy your trip and keep  hydrated. As for buffets...well that would be a real challenge for me...lol     We are off to Michigan for a family wedding. I have not been on a plane in 8 years and do not look forward to going on one now.

Enjoy your vacation/wedding too, yes, those weddings and buffets are going to be a challenge for both of us, just keep proteins first, and hope for the rest...Yes, being on a plane will not be fun, we are flying out of Balitmore/Washington to California first and that will be almost 7 hours --yikes....
