Living with my band has had it ups and downs, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I currently weigh 185 and while I will need plastics, I am super happy with my loss. It has taken a while and I still continue to lose weight regularly. I am 6 pounds away from my Dr. Goal and 16 away from my drivers license!!!!!!

I'm recently back too...I did well for 4 years, but have gained 40lbs back in the last two years due to poor choices I've made.  I'm trying to be positive about things, as I still have 60 lbs off from my pre op wieght.  I'm back to OH to try to regain my mojo. Some other old timers where on a few weeks ago and we were discussing some of the funny people/good times we had...Nice to see people returning. I recently started going back to my surgeon's support group with my daughter(who just had a sleeve). I am back to basics and back to exercise. Got a bike and found a new love of biking...Could not get myself back to the gym. One thing I am glad of is they don't put your weight on your drivers license in Florida.  Good luck on your continued journey for it is a never ending journey and welcome back!

Welcome back! Back to basics is the best thing. Remember it isn't a quick fix and we all have to continue working our band and body. That's awesome you found a love for biking. What a great work out that is. Good luck to you and welcome back!!!
