Today I am grateful I had the strength to get up early and cook a healthy dinner for my family so when we get home we can eat as one.
Today I am grateful I am alive and will treat my body like it need to be treated to survive another 50 years! I am greatful for my band that aids me to be healthy.

I'm Grateful that I was able to convert from my band to my sleeve and between the two I am down 90+ pounds. I am now able to keep up with my just turned 5 year old grandson. I was so grateful when I took him at 4 & the other grandson 6 to Disney by myself and lived thru it. We just kept walking and I was able to push the little guy.
I am grateful for the vast improvement in my health. Even my life long asthma is no longer bothering me and I rarely have to use any meds. I am grateful for the life with my family I am privileged to live now. I am grateful for my new self respect, being able to ride a bike, walk, and tie my shoes without suffocating from the fat being pushed up and crowding my lungs. There is so very much I cannot list them all. Oh, and I like having just one chin again! My band gave me all this and now my sleeve keeps me here.
