White carbs can cause all those symptoms and if you do have gastritis, they can make it worse.  I would go to your GP and cut out all white carbs in the meantime.

See your pcp first. I wouldn't wait if symptoms continue today. If that does not yield results call your surgeon. If it gets extremely uncomfortable today go to an ED. Hope you feel better.

What Gma said!  Many things can cause these symptoms.

They found my gastritis by scoping me.  I had to go see the GI doc because I was throwing up, bping, and burping all the time. The upper GI they had done months before showed the band was good and I was wide open.

I was totally unfilled.  I am not sure what all was from the gastritis and what was from the esophagusitis.  That they found at the same time.

I went to the bariatric center for a fill when the PA talked to the surgeon about me and my symptom.  I am thankful for that PA as the surgeon just looked at the upper GI and ordered a fill she new things were not right.  At the time I didn't think so as being unfilled devastated me and I regained 30 pounds in that six weeks.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

I agree with the others see your PCP first as it can be many other things besides gastritis and then they can decide where you need to go from there. Hope you feel better soon!
