Good morning Lurkers and Lurkettes!  If you screwed up last week, dust off and keep it moving forward

 

B: Yogurt

L:  2 oz Tuna Salad - made with mayo, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro, cucumber dressing, dash splenda, YUM

S: Weigh****chers  Ice cream candy bar - 150 calories - YUM

D: Honey Barbecue Chicken 1/2 Thigh - creamy cucumber salad

Water, Crystal Lite

Calories for today about 700

Exercise: walk 2 miles

Original Lap Band * 9/30/2005 * 4cc 10cm band*,  lost 130 pounds. 7 Great years! 

Revision surgery to AP small lap band *11/13/2012*, due to large hiatal hernia. I am hopeful about continuing my band journey uneventful and successful. I loved what my old band did for me and I am looking forward for my new band to Keep my weight downsmiley
